Coco’s Cookie Company Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Coco’s Cookie Company, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while maintaining the quality and commitment we put into every custom dessert order.
Order Cancellation and Date Changes
For any custom dessert or cake order that is canceled or postponed 21 days or more before the scheduled pick-up date, your deposit is 100% refundable or transferable to a new date, subject to availability.
We are happy to reschedule your order within this period and apply the deposit toward the updated date.
Cancellations or Changes within 21 Days
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 21 days of the pick-up date, we cannot guarantee availability for a new date, and the deposit will not be refundable.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases from Coco’s Cookie Company are final.
Orders must be picked up on the agreed-upon date and time frame. Due to the custom nature of our desserts, items cannot be held for a later pick-up date. Any unclaimed orders will not be available beyond the scheduled pick-up time.
